The quiet time of year sharpens our focus on the vital question: What kind of world do we want to live in tomorrow? We answer this through action, committing ourselves to conserving resources, closing loops, and preserving nature for future generations.

This is why we are supporting the EURO VIKING project this year. Here, young adults aged 18–27 are encouraged to find their own path – free from consumerism and external expectations. Sailing in Viking ships, they traverse ancient trade routes across Europe. This fascinating journey builds character, fosters connection, and creates memories that last a lifetime.

This extraordinary expedition is a true adventure. These “young Vikings” learn to read the forces of wind and water, navigate the open sea, and master every challenge together. The project demonstrates how nature and shared goals provide guidance for young people, focusing on core values: courage, responsibility, and a deep respect for nature.

What holds true on a small scale also applies to the large – whether in a boat or in a company: With team spirit and shared values, we can achieve great things.
