B+T GroupGrand opening ceremony for the EPCC

The Energy Production Center Chalampé (EPCC) has officially gone into operation. The B+T Group celebrated this last major milestone of the project together with 200 guests at the Ecomusée d’Alsace.

The big celebration was an excellent opportunity to say a big thank you to those involved from politics, business and society. On stage, the speakers shared numerous anecdotes from the past years. They also shed light on the turbulent initial phases of the EPCC project – and drew the bow to the successful completion of this pioneering project: the first privately constructed power plant for substitute fuels in France.
